We take great pride in our Customer Service Department.

ACC has spent a great deal of time and effort on training and providing our staff with the best possible tools to assist in identifying potential problems in advance or to track down the details of any occurrence.

As a Merchant you will be assigned a specific Customer Service Representative [CSR] thus eliminating the need to talk to someone different every time you call for assistance. The CSR will be responsible for reviewing your transactions on a daily basis along with assisting you with reporting, reconciliation and chargeback retrieval questions. The CSR will also work with all involved parties to ensure that your transactions comply with specific guidelines for fraud prevention, interchange qualification and compliance with Visa/MasterCard regulations.
