Accelerated Card Company, Inc. Year 2000 Readiness Disclosure

Accelerated Card Company, Inc. (ACC) views the Year 2000 issue seriously. A team was formed in February of 1999 to deal with potential Year 2000 issues. We have worked aggressively to minimize any impact Year 2000 problems may have on our company or our customers. As all of our proprietary software was written in recent months, we do share the inherent problems of companies with older systems. Nevertheless, we have made a substantial investment in technology and resources to ensure to the best of our ability our business and that of our customer's works well in the new millennium.

ACC relies heavily on certain strategic partners in the course of its business. Among the major partners we rely on are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Mapp, PNS, FDR, EDS, UPPS, Envoy, Paymentech Merchant Services, LLC, Chittenden Bank, First Bank of Beverly Hills, NatWest Bank, Vital, Federal Reserve, TXU, AT&T, Southwestern Bell, Verifone, Hypercom, IC Verify, Microsoft and PSI Net. All of our major partners have made their own Year 2000 readiness statements and we encourage our customers to check these statements for any potential affect these statements may have on their business.

Numerous sources of information on Year 2000 events are available to the general public. ACC encourages its customers to check all sources of information to best prepare for year 2000.
